Meet Coleen McLoughlin, the girlfriend of Wayne Rooney and soon to be wife. See photos, video and a biography of Coleen below.

Coleen McLoughlin will soon marry her longtime boyfriend, Manchester United soccer star Wayne Rooney in June. Coleen was in Miami recently to get her tan on in preparation for her wedding, and attracted some male attention while there. Rooney saw the photos online and was a little miffed by what he saw. He texted her and said:

‘Glad you’re having such as a great time – don’t forget about me!’

The two reportedly got in a heated argument later when they spoke on the phone, but things are a-okay between them now. It’s been said that they will be married in an Italian ceremony in June.

As a biography Coleen McLoughlin was born on April 3, 1986. She is 22 years old. Her father Tony was a bricklayer and mother Colette was a nurse. Coleen is the oldest of four children. Rounding out her siblings are her brothers Joe and Anthony and her sister Rosie.

Coleen met Wayne when she was only 12 years old, when they lived in Croxteth, a Liverpool suburb. They had their first date when she was 16, when Wayne too her to see Austin Powers 2. He proposed to Coleen in 2003. She was only 17 years old. They currently live in their million dollar mansion in Cheshire.

Coleen has tried acting, having had a small part in Hollyoaks. She has her own column in Closer magazine, put out her own exercise DVD in the UK, and has been a presenter on the Tonight with Trevor McDonald show.

She currently hosts the ITV2 program Coleen’s Real Women, a show that tries to get normal sized women to be cover girls.

Rooney does not deserve the criticism that’s been said about him on his performance at the world cup. He wasn’t getting the service that he usually enjoys at Man Utd
