Lokelani McMichael bikes, swims and runs as a triathlete. She also models on the side and works as a television host. She has been voted on of ESPN’s sexiest athletes and profiled in FHM, GQ, Shape and Running World magazines. She was featured in a National Geographic story on the history of the swimsuit.

Lokelani McMichael Biography
Lokelani McMichael’s real name is Lokelanikuu’leimakamae and she was raised in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. She has been involved in the Ironman competition since she was a small child because her parents run a popular surf shop in Kailua-Kona and and provide water safety for the swim portion of the competition. So it might have been destined that she’d be the youngest person to ever compete.
The year that Lokelani competed she beat 48,000 hopefuls to be one of the 2,000 to compete in the Ironman. She finished the race in 15 hours and 21 minutes. That didn’t put her in the top ten, but it put her in the Guinness World Record as the youngest woman ever to finish the Ironman.
Lokelani models to support herself, but she continues to train and has competed in the Ironman every year since her debut in 1995. She has even finished in the top 10 twice.
In the past, Lokelani has dated Dr. Andy Baldwin who is known from the show The Bachelor. She has never been married.
