Colts running back Kenton Keith was arrested this past Sunday! Keith, who signed with the Colts in 2007, was arrested outside of the Cloud Nine nightclub at 3 a.m. for refusing to leave. After Keith refused police officers then asked the twenty-seven year old to put his hands against a vehicle. The Colts player became angry and began shouting “I’m a Colts player”! It looks like the former Saskatchewan Roughrider now faces a long list of possible charges starting with disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public intoxication. Indianapolis Colts President Bill Polian has released a statement concerning the incident.
“We are aware of the fact that there was an incident involving the arrest of Kenton Keith at a local nightclub this weekend. We have no confirmation on details at this point. Accordingly, we will make no specific comment with respect to this incident until we have more information.”
A hearing for the football player is scheduled for this Wednesday.
