The 13th season of Dancing With The Stars has begun and it included two great athletes, one is a smoking hot goalkeeper, ESPY award winner and an amazing woman, Hope Solo, and the second is the one and only Laker flamboyant player Ron Artest also known as Metta World Peace. Would you like to know how they did on premiere night? Which of the two got the best score? Keep reading to find out and check out their videos below!!!
On last season of Dancing With The Stars we sports aficionados were very pleased to see Hines Ward taking the title, he did an amazing job with professional dancer Kym Johnson, we expect the best things from these two athletes representing sports fans of the 13th season of DWTS, so let me tell you how that went.
Ron Artest or Metta World Peace was the first on the dancing floor, even though he changed his name the show organizers thought it would be too confusing for voters to place their vote for Metta so their decided just for now he will continue to be Ron Artest although he had his new name written on his blond hair. His partner is Australian dancing champion Peta Murgatroyd and tonight they danced the cha cha cha. Sadly for Ron he looked stiff, slow movements, insecure and the judges didn’t like it a bit either, his score was the lowest of the evening. Carrie Ann gave him a 5, Len 4 and Bruno another 5, a total of 14 out of 30.
Then comes our girl Hope Solo dancing with Erin Andrews’ former partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy who has some familiar competition this season, his little brother Val is dancing with Italian model and actress Elisabetta Canalis.
Hope and Maks danced the Viennese Waltz. I loved the way she looked, her dress brought out her amazing figure and Maks is a hot accessory to her look. I think that for her first time she did pretty well and most importantly she looked like she was really having a great time and totally into her moves. The judges were pleased with her performance as well plus they gave her a few helpful tips. Len said she needed to relax her shoulders and add more femininity to her performance, Bruno said she had great posture and Carrie Ann was impressed by their body contact. Her score during the premiere night of DWTS was Carrie 7, Len 7, Bruno 7 a total of 21 out of 30, the second highest score of the night.
We will have to wait and see who will be going home, I just hope it is neither of them. Who do you think will be going home? While you think about that take a look at Hope and Ron Artest’s dancing videos at this 13th season of Dancing With The Stars.
