This Monday on Dancing with the Stars it was all about being spontaneous, what better way to do so than dancing. They didn’t rehearse during the week but just 20 minutes prior to their performance, Oh My!! It has been said they all knew the dance style but the song they would be given? Nada! Yes that sure is spontaneity and a major nervous breakdown but still the celebrities in this 12th season did it marvelously, check it out!
The first amazing couple were Mark and Chelsea who danced the waltz, I was impressed! They didn’t rehearse that much but it looked like they did the whole week besides that intensity and the kiss, Hope Steve Colleti and Pia Toscano are not the jealous type. Their performance was perfection which is why they received two tens, that’s right their score was 10, 9, 10 a total of 29, the highest score so far. Bravo !!!
The second couple were Hines Ward and the beautiful Kym Jonson dancing the foxtrot, Ok poor Hines had one hell of a week he was mistakenly arrested by gunpoint, and now he is proposing!! Not really that is just part of their beautiful performance, Hines really is like a box of chocolate you never know what you are gonna get but at the end it’s always delicious. His dance was really tasteful and are you wondering about the box of chocolate I was jut watching Forrest Gump, LOL! Their score for the evening was 9, 9, 10 a total of 28.
Romeo and Chelsea Hightower teamed up to dance the Tango with the music of Britney Spears’ Hold It Against Me, It was intense considering the rhythm of the song and well the tango is an intense dance style, I love their fearless expressions but didn’t see much of a dance tonight from them. Their score was 9, 9 and 9 a total of 27 out of 30.
Next up were Ralph Macchio and Brad Penny’s stunning lady and amazing dancer Karina Smirnoff dancing the Viennese waltz. Oh Man! this was one side of Ralph I didn’t even know existed this dark, sort of marvelous and vampiristic Ralph I am totally digging. I know what is it with women and vampires? Their dance well It was emotional, tragic and genuine, the score the judges gave them was 8, 8, 9 a total of 25. Boo Hoo! I expected more!!
The last couple in this first round were Kirtsie and Maks who got the chance to rehearse the romantic and passionate Argentine Tango, Yes I am a romantic!! While it gave Kirstie a few visits to the floor she danced amazingly well, the score the judges gave them was.. 9, 9, 10 a total of 28!
The second round was about to start and on the dancing floor we had Chelsea and Mark dancing the Salsa!!! I sure love Chelsea’s hips right now and Mark doesn’t want to be left behind, he really knows how to work it! The scores they received were 8, 9, 9 a total of 26.
The next couple was NFL MVP Hines Ward and Kym dancing the jive, Hines really knows how to move his feet, I am no pro but you can agree with me that he does it with style, confidence and with that cute smile on his face anything can happen. Their score was 9, 9, 8 a total of 26.
Romeo and Chelsea dancing the instant salsa but after watching them dance I am renaming it too hot salsa, she was spectacular, tenacious, powerful and insanely hot her celebrity partner was equally great, confident and did I mention his shirt was unbuttoned, Oh Yeah you see Hot salsa featuring Romeo and Chelsea, their score was 8, 9, 8 a total of 25.
Ralph and Karina returned to the stage and gave us the cha-cha at first I really thought there was something wrong with his knee, then I thought I was punked but he did indeed hurt his knee. Even so they were moving across the dancing floor beautifully, Ralph seemed to look like he got lost a bit but after all they hardly rehearsed and this was a difficult dance style. Their score was 7, 7, 7 a total of 21. Oh Ralph they received the lowest score of the night, I really can’t see them going home tomorrow!!
Last couple Kirstie and Maks dancing the Salsa, I am sorry here I have to make a quick comment she has shed at least 15 pounds there is no way Mask can possible lift her in the air, keep his balance walking down the stairs and it is clear her arms looks slimmer, right? Ok now with their dance they were dancing to seduce and that is exactly what they did she owned the room this night, love it! Their score was 8, 9, 8 a total of 25.
This was it guys, the recap during the 8th week of Dancing with the Stars don’t forget to cast your votes and I’ll see you next Monday!
