Meet Victoria Lindsay, the cheerleader who allegedly took a nasty beating from her friends, all to make a YouTube video. You can view the video here and see her photos.
Her name as well as the tape was released by the sheriff’s department, presumably to educate the public about this cheerleader beating and protect this from happening in your neighborhood. The names of all of the alleged juvenile attackers have also been printed in the media.
As an update, the latest news is that Dr. Phil is in hot water because his staff bailed out one of the accused teenagers from prison for $33,000. The bail was supposedly in exchange for Mercades Nichols agreeing to an exclusive interview on the Dr. Phil show. Ridiculous. The show has backtracked in the face of negative publicity.
As a biography, she is a 16-year old cheerleader who attends Mulberry High School in Lakeland, Florida. Although Lindsay is an honor student, she reportedly has some growing up problems. She was staying at the grandmother’s house of a friend rather than her parents at the time of the attack. Our comment section includes remarks by some girlfriends who know Ms. Lindsay.
Victoria’s cheerleader pals apparently decided it would be cool to post a violent YouTube video, so six of the girls supposedly cornered her in a friend’s house while two boys stood watch outside the house.
It appears from the video that they tried to coax Victoria Lindsay into a brawl so that the video would look like two girls fighting and nobody would know who started it. But that plan backfired because Victoria did not fight back. She covered her head with her hands while she was verbally assaulted and slowly beaten more aggressively as the altercation continued.
Her injuries include a concussion, lacerations, loss of hearing and blurry vision. She has still not recovered completely in the local hospital. She endured the attack for 35-minutes
These high school girls are probably going to have hell to pay. All six plus the boys have been arrested for various charges including aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. Despite how this looks, please remember that the girls are innocent until proven guilty.

This is also my plug for martial arts. Although it would not have helped against six girls she clearly could have kicked the main instigator’s butt and it might have made the other girls think twice.
Women should not feel so helpless in a situation like this, which could have been a lot worse in a public park at night. Victoria Lindsay is thin and should have some tools available to defend herself in any situation. So go ask your mom to sign you up for a martial arts class today.
Unfortunately Victoria Lindsay’s alleged attackers addresses and phone numbers have been copied around on blogs and forums as well. We consider this an invasion of privacy and have removed at least two comments with phone numbers in our article just as fast as we can. In fact, some of the data that is being printed on the internet is wrong and has ended up tormenting at least once unrelated family. We had the eight names and removed them because of this reason, and we removed references to a blog purporting to be Mercedes Nichols blog because it may be faked.

As a black woman I would beg to let these girls spend two minutes with anyone from the neighborhood I grew up in.It wouldn’t go down like that, trust me. Someone would kick their ass and then steal the camera. That was such a cowardly act. Those evil sluts wouldn’t stand a chance with anyone I know. Let me say that I would have kicked all of their butts in a heartbeat. I swear my heart goes out to that poor girl. Justice will be served legally or in some other way in their awful lives. What goes around, comes around. Those bitches will be in for a rude awakening when there time is up.Lock them up and throw away the key.

Lesson to all parents. Teach your kids to defend themselves. Bullies only like to bully people who won’t fight back. If they know you will fight back they will leave you alone. Getting into an actual 2 way fight is not fun for either side. It’s fun for them when you don’t fight back. It’s not about winning it’s about not being an easy victim. I tell my son not to start anything and to avoid fights if possible. But I know that’s not always the case, so I also taught him to fight.

a few people said “beat your kids so they don’t do this”……or “parents too soft on them”…..my parents were ‘soft’ on me and I love them and I have never been in a fight in my life…I would think this would be the result of angry or violent parenting(or more likely what the mass media has done to middle america),…its not like you are just magically blessed with a good or bad child…you can’t raise a child to act out and do things wrong and then beat them for it….that could only lead to more anger and violence

Let’s see how those girls are going to feel when they real “bad girls” in jail show them what a real beating is. I don’t wish anyone any harm and I don’t believe that violence is the way but these girls have no remorse and I hope that the jury takes that into consideration when judging these girls. I hope their parents, which I’m sure are beer guzzeling rejudice asshole learn something from this too. Let’s see how they feel when they go to see their girls in jail with black eyes busted ribs and well we all know how jail has the rep for things like that. Their parents should have taken the time to raise them better. They may claim to be Christian but Christian don’t act like that. They probably learned that kind of “attitude” from the parents themselves. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. They will probably have to move now because of this because I know how I feel and I don’t even know these people. I can’t imagine what the neighbors and people that know them feel. May God bring Ms Victoria Lindsay to a speedy recovery and may justice prevail. And to the parents of those kids that attacked that girl so servere I hope you don’t have anymore at home. If so you need to pray someone doesn’t beat them just to show you how it feels to have your kid be a victom of such an act. They definately need to move out of state. Maybe out of the country like Kuwiet would be good.

Okay .. So here it goes. First off this video is weak. The victim doesn’t even fight back, You girls if I ever saw you, I may be a guy but you’d be through that couch and television set :\. Words are words, if you had even the slightest bit of self esteem you would know that you’re not “slutty.” Boo hoo someone called you a name

This is the sickest thing in the world. “No you’re not leaving” Like … get a job and maybe mature a little bit :\. You just gave the world evidence that you did this. So if I ever see one of those faces on tape and you wonder why I freak out and give you a brutal beating and throw you off a bridge into oncoming traffic you’ll understand. Watch the movie “Never Back Down.” They alienate youtube with fights and other garbage to bring the popularity level upwards. Judging from these girls IQ levels you’ll be lucky if 1/6 of their income for life will buy you a big mac. I think it’s safe to say that none of them have received early admission from Harvard. I would say they were looking at: (1) knocked up at 18, (2) a couple of divorces from alcoholic husbands, (3) 6 kids with 4 different fathers, (4) trailer park, (5) part-time job at Walmart (for the brighter ones). I guess that dream will have to be put on hold for a few years

Does anybody find it hilarious that these teens have the worst names imaginable? One of them is named after a car brand.
They’re obviously not looking at early admission from Harvard or Floriduh Kommunity Kollege, either. For most of these girls a GED will be the equivalent of a PhD for most folks.
Of course, they’ll probably get knocked up by half a dozen different guys, drink and smoke during pregnancy, them and their descendants will be a burden on the system for years to come as they swing in and out of welfare.
But hey, someone’s got to scrub those urinals.
They are pretty skanky-hot, though.

KARMA! those girls will get what they deserve, whether it be in jail or out! I feel so bad for this girl, she didnt deserve this no matter the situation. And the girl who is the main fighter, Nicole, she sounds like a psycho. yeah and it shows how scared they were cuz they had six against one. what brave girls…
