Final Four Schedule

March 30, 2008

The NCAA Final Four Schedule has been set and history is being made in the process.

After the final buzzer sounded with Davidson throwing up a three pointer that would’ve given a #10 seed a win over #1 seed Kansas and a trip to the 2008 Final Four, the schedule was set. It is the first time ever that all 4 #1 seeds advanced to the Final Four.

On April 5th, Memphis will play UCLA first at 6:07 p.m. with the second game tipping off at 8:47 p.m. featuring North Carolina and the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk Jayhawks! The first game will showcase UCLA freshman phenom Kevin Love and the second game has an interesting back story involving UNC coach Roy Williams. Williams was the coach at KU before taking the job in Chapel Hill. He was unable to win it all during his 15 seasons at KU, but won the National Championship at North Carolina in only his second year there.

Hopefully this Final Four will deliver some great games as the tournament has been a little boring up until now. You can see more pictures of the Final Four participants below.
