Keep reading to know more about this outstanding woman, take a look at the video below, and just to make clear that the woman in this picture in not Pamela Lucas.

Pamela Lucas’ hubby was a great man, fantastic NBA player and terrific coach. During his phenomenal career he made headlines starting with his performances at Marquette University, followed by his time with the American Basketball Association aka ABA where he joined the Spirits of St. Louis and the Kentucky Colonel around the 70’s, his move to the NBA came in the late 70’s, early 80’s with the Portland Trail Blazers then came the Nets, Knicks, Suns, Lakers, SuperSonics and in 1987 returned to the team that saw him begin and end his career as an NBA player the Portland Blazers. He came back to the Blazers as their coach but his health and battle with bladder cancer forced him to resign. On October 31st he lost his battle at age 58, but Blazer #20 will live forever in our hearts. Pamela gave him all of her love, support and happiness throughout his disease, but also during their happy times when they welcomed their beloved children.

Pamela was the famous Blazer’s second wife, mother of their sons Maurice Jr. who is now 28 years old, David (27) and daughter Kristin (23). They lived in Portland in a beautiful, cozy house where Pamela enjoyed every second of her life, spoiled her hubby, supported his decisions and respected his career. Pamela loved and still loves to take care of her children, now grownups, and has become a dear friend and role model to them. She lives at their house in Portland where after many happy years she said goodbye to her wonderful husband, loving father, grandfather, a great man and friend.

Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to Pamela Lucas, her children and the rest of their family throughout this difficult time. Would you like to send a message to Pamela? Check the video below.
