Antonio Echavarria alleges that ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ beat him up last November at LAX, according to TMZ.com. As compensation for the @ss kicking the photog is asking for $25,000,000 in damages.
Until now Tyson probably thought this whole mess was behind him, because he was cleared by the L.A. City Attorney after they found there to be “insufficient evidence.”

Let’s breakdown the $25 mill:
$5 million – pain, suffering and inconvenience
$5 million – emotional distress
$50K – medical expenses
$250K – future medical expenses
$30K – loss of earnings
$750K – loss of future earning capacity (present value)
$10K – property damage
$25 Mill – punitive damages
In other news – ‘Iron Mike’ is reportedly a candidate to be the next boxing ambassador of China. The ‘Hangover’ actor explained to the AP that even though he’s not really sure what the position entails he’s still thrilled about the opportunity… I’m not certain how much a boxing ambassador makes yearly, but I hope it’s immense, because it looks like Tyson might need it.
