Get Yourself Some Free Breast Implants (Photos)

March 5, 2008

Free Breast Implants. If you’re not naturally well-endowed, and was told that you get free breast implants by signing up on a website and raising money for the surgery would you be interested? Check out some before/after photos below.

The website –, was the brainchild of Jason Grunstram, a Web developer from Los Angeles. He started the site in July 2005 after coming up with the idea while at a bachelor party in Las Vegas. A friend who was obviously flat chested agreed to be the guinea pig for the site. Within 4 1/2 months she had raised $5,000 to have the surgery.

The premise is simple. You register over at (you must be at least 18 to do so) and create a profile with photos that show your flat chested self. You decide which type of implants you’re dying to have…silicone or saline. Pervs Men, on the other hand, (who are called “benefactors”) sign up as well, but they have to buy “credits”, which is basically used so that these guys can send messages to these flatties. So…for each message that she receives, that’s equal to one dollar towards a net set of girls.

Yes, they do get their fair share of feminists out there who of course are appalled by the whole thing but Gunstra shrugs it off and tells them – “wake up and join reality. It’s 2008″.

The site pays the surgeons directly for the boob job and last year alone it raised more than a million bucks for free boobs to some lucky flat chested gals.

Check out some before and after photos of the lucky women who got free breast implants below.
