Monica Brant is a beautiful woman who is more fit than most people. She is 1998’s Mrs. Fitness Olympia Champion, and she recently placed 7th in the 2007 Figure Olympia.

Monica Brant was born on October 26, 1970 making her 37. She was boon in Fort Hood , Texas and grew up on a ranch riding horses. She played volleyball and ran track in high school, and has always been athletic. In college she worked for Budweiser, was a waitress, and competed in bikini contests to make ends meet.

In 1991, photos of Marla Duncan inspired Monica Brant to become a fitness competitor. By 1995, she was honored with the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine. She has since made 45 covers of magazines, books, and calendars worldwide. She has also been the spokeswoman for BSN Supplements since 1995.

As far as her physical condition and measurements go, Monica is 5’4�? and measures 36-23-34. Her weight fluctuates between 127 and 140 lbs depending on if she is in training season or not.
