Just like Elin is moving on and starting over by going back to college and taking trips without Tiger, he is also moving on, in his own personal way. He withdrew from the The Players but in July he will be at the British Open. Meanwhile he has been reportedly planning some construction on his 12 acre property at Jupiter island, which sort of tells us that he will be moving out of his former home with wife Elin at Windermere.

Tiger Woods originally bought four houses in 2006 for approximately $44.5 million, he later tore down all four houses and rebuilt it with what is is known today as his 9,700 square foot Jupiter Island Mansion.

Now in 2010 Tiger is upgrading his house by adding some really cool amenities. In doing so he hired D & D Constrantakos, Inc. owned by Daniel and David Constantakos and I assumed that like the first constructors that built the house D & D have already signed a confidentially agreement. D & D are famous in Jupiter for their high class luxury construction (they built the Palm Beach Private Golf Community Estate) as they said on their website.

At D & D Constantakos, we are engaged primarily in private, high-end luxury residential construction, both new and remodel. Because of our extensive experience in conceptual estimating, comprehensive preconstruction services and team approach to the design-construction process,we like to get involved in the preliminary stages to help manage both project cost and scheduling.
We strive to make our clients happy and to build long lasting relationships with them from the start of the project, throughout the construction phase, and continue with property maintenance services.

As for a short description of the little that has been revealed we know the following:

  • In august these pools will be finished; a dive, lap, reflection and kiddies’ pool, along with a spectacular water fountain.
  • In about 10 to 12 months his golf course and the oxygen room will be done.
  • A fire suppression system.

An oxygen room? Yes you got that right, supposedly the oxygen room will help him recover so much faster from injuries. Pretty Cool hah!! I can imagine that will be great, Tiger’s house has always been told to be awesome after his house in the Bahamas was feature in a James Bond’s film Casino Royale.
