After multiple investigation in Ben’s case and another sexual assault allegation made by the 20 years old student from Georgia College & State University, it turns out there will be no charges filed.

After her allegation we saw over a hundred news stories about his case, cops taking pictures with the famous quarterback, we also heard Ben admit that he did indeed have sexual contact but no sexual intercourse. He also said that she actually fell in the bathroom and bumped her head, but at the hospital she never mentioned anything about a bump. She talked about her alleged sexual assault, which is why afterwards Ben was asked to give DNA samples.

After over a month since the investigations started Ben’s case moved to the district attorney’s hands in Baldwin county, Georgia. It was all a matter of time to wait for the district attorneys to overlook the case.

"We have received the report and we are reviewing it," Said District attorney Frederic Bright.

Ben ‘s future with the Steelers was in jeopardy as well, he wasn’t joining his team at their daily practices, and fans were anxious to know the Steelers’ reaction once the verdict has been made.

Now in April, news about  his case is here. It turns out the 20 year old student decided to drop the charges against Big Ben, but the thing also was that the evidence was not enough to blame him. First both of them were very drunk, and her medical exam done at the local hospital showed that she had some lacerations, but merely superficial as well as bleeding and bruising in the genital area. No traces of semen were found, and just a small amount of male DNA that was barely enough to think of it as an assault.

And now the Steelers prepare to present their punishment to their quarterback, it might be possible that he could face a minor suspension for his behavior and the damage it caused to his team.

"The investigation process in Georgia has been deliberate and the District Attorney’s decision regarding Ben Roethlisberger speaks for itself. During the past few weeks I have met with Ben on a number of occasions, not only to discuss this incident, but also to discuss his commitment to making sure something like this never happens again.  The Pittsburgh Steelers take the conduct of players and staff very seriously.  Ben will now have to work hard to earn back the respect and trust of Steelers fans, and to live up to the leadership responsibilities we all expect of him.
"In the coming days Ben will meet with Commissioner Goodell to discuss his resolve to abide by the league’s personal conduct standards.  After consultation with the Commissioner, our organization will determine the next steps in this process." Said Steelers president Art Rooney II said.

Now that we have cleared that there are no charges against Ben Roethlisberger, take a look at his photos and videos below.
