As you know Matt Kuchar and KJ Choi will tee off with Tiger at Masters Tournament Friday at exactly 10:35 a.m. This is not the first time Matt has paired with Tiger, the first was back in 2005.

Matt Gregory Kuchar was born in Winter Park, Florida on June 21, 1978, he started his golf career when he was a teenager, but in his twenties he started earning recognition  he graduated from Georgia Tech in 2000 the same year that he began competing professionally. He was the 1997 United States Amateur Champion, then in 1998 he finished 14th at the U.S Open and 28th at Masters, also in 1998 he was named the ACC Player of the Year an won the Fred Haskins Awards.

Matt is a Georgia Tech graduate of the class of 2000, the same year he turned pro. As a member of the PDA Tour he won his first tournament on March 2002 at the Honda Classic in Palm Beach Gardens with a 260 score; then he won the the 2006 Henrico County Open at the Dominion Club in Richmond, Virginia.

At the 2007 PGA Tour he finished 6th at the At&T  Pebble beach Pro-Am and 3rd at the AT&T Classic; the next year he came in 5th at the Memorial Tournament, 10th at the BMW Championship. In 2009 he finished 6th at the FBR Open, 5th at Memorial Open and winner at the Turning Stone Championship.

Matt and his lovely wife Sybi are the proud parents of Carson and Cameron , they live in Atlanta, Georgia.
