Shaun Rogers

Shaun or Big Baby as most of his friends, family and teammates call him, has been an impressive player since his early years in high school, he was a well known and respectful athlete with his strong game. He was so versatile that he could stop any run from the other team and managed to help the quarterback get quicker to the end zone and there were even times when he could play a vivid running back. It was during his high school years that he earned the nickname “Chunks”, but those days are in the past now. What Chunks is facing now is not really a great time as he was arrested on April 1st at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, when he was busted with a gun at the airport. He said he forgot he was carrying his 45 caliber gun in his carry on bag, which was loaded at the time, and this is a third degree felony in the state of Ohio. Shaun could face up to 5 years probation in jail. After the gun was discovered he was taken into arrest at about 12:15 “without incident” and taken to jail were he remained until he paid a $100 bond. He was to return to court the next day were he pleaded “Not guilty”.
