Our dear Shaun White loves experimenting with new pirouettes for his performances, but he also loves nice clothing, that’s why he made a stop in Milan. Do you know what designer’s fashion show he was at? With whom? Keep reading to know the rest of this news plus check out some of Shaun White’s photos and video below.
The Winter Olympics at Vancouver are over, but Shaun a.k.a “Flying Tomato” went away with the gold medal when on February 17th at the men’s halfpipe event he gave his authentic double Mc Twist 1260 and received a record score of46.8 on his first run and 48.4 on the second, which is not only awesome, but that was the highest score ever given. This was Shaun’s second Olympic Gold Medal, his first was at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, again in halfpipe scoring a poor 37.7. That almost sent him out of the competition, but it all changed when he scored 45.3 on the second that gave him a final score of 46. 8 and finally winning the gold.
So after these two time Olympic gold medalist was done with the snow he hit the catwalk, as a spectator that is. Shaun was spotted at Fashion Week in Milan at the Dean and Dan Caten chic clothing line, DSquared. He was wearing a sort of retro DSquared Teenage Riot T Shirt and chatting with Israeli socialite Hofit Golan, who looked stunning and glamorous as usual. It seems that Shaun can’t quite end his string with Canada, after all the DSquared twins designers are Canadians.
I would never have pictured Shaun as a DSquared fan perhaps more of a Jean Paul Gautier or Mossimo, based on the pictures below, but I have to say that the DSquared T-shirt on Shaun looks Freaking Awesome!!!
