Victoria Beckham came out on top of Mr. Blackwell’s 48th annual Worst Dressed list, and I’m sure hubby David Beckham is none too pleased.

“Forget the fashion spice, wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck- em,” said Blackwell.

This is Victoria’s second time on the list…the Spice Girls were #1 on Blackwell’s list back in 1998, describing them at that time – “the only spices on the planet that have no taste”.

Surprisingly enough, train wreck Britney Spears did not make the list, because it seems Mr. Blackwell has a heart. He said:

“For those of you who were expecting to see Britney’s name adorn the 2007 list, I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval,” Blackwell said. “I hope 2008 is a better year for her.”

Interesting, since Amy Winehouse and Lindsay Lohan both had their fair share of personal problems as well. Oh well, he must not have a soft spot for them…heh.
