Actor Michael C. Hall, star of the television series Dexter, confirmed on Wednesday that he has been battling cancer in the last several months, which has been treated. When Michael C. Hall was diagnosed with cancer, he decided not to go public so far, when he explains the treatment is coming to an end and doctors say the disease is in remission.
Dexter’s actor Michael C. Hall is 38 years and explains in a statement to the media that he was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma, a treatable cancer in the lymphatic system.
"I feel fortunate to have been diagnosed with a treatable and curable condition immediately, and I thank my doctors and nurses for their knowledge and care," said Hall.
His spokesman Craig Bankey added that Dexter star Michael C. Hall’s cancer is in remission, he will continue treatment as planned. Under the circumstances, he is capable on having a normal life.
The star of Dexter confirmed his attendance, along with his wife and co-star, Jennifer Carpenter ( Jennifer plays Dexter’s sister Debra Morgan), at the 2010 Golden Globes awards that took place Sunday in Los Angeles. Michael C Hall was nominated for best actor in a drama and won! The Screen Actors Guild (SAG Awards) had also nominated Michael C. Hall where he has confirmed his attendance as well.
