Retired professional boxer Ilonka Elmont stands at 5’3″ and weighs 110 Lbs. Formally a fighter in the Super Flyweight division, Elmont now spends her time as a motivational speaker and UNICEF role model.




As a biography Ilonka Elmont is a professional Flyweight Boxer as well as a former kickboxer and martial artist. Ilonka Elmont was born on the 11th of September in 1974 in Paramaribo, Suriname. She is famous for her strong kicks, knee strikes and talents in clinching. Later on during her early teens Elmont and her family relocated to the Netherlands.

In 1999 Ilonka kicked off the start of her career with the help of Coach Lucien Carbin. Soon she was a rising star on the boxing scene and was named the “Killer Queen”. Over the years, before her retirement in 2006, Elmont defeated a slew of boxers in forty-two total boxing matches.

Ilonka Elmont currently holds a record of 38 wins, 16 by way of knock out, 3 losses and 1 draw. She has won seven World titles during the course of her career. Since leaving the boxing world Elmont has worked as a motivational speaker and runs the Be Innovative foundation. She is also a Sports Ambassador for Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.
