Novlene Williams Mills Biography

As a biography Novlene Williams Mills is a Jamaican native who is 27 years of age, having been born on the 26th of April in 1982. Williams-Mills specializes in the 400 metre event. She is currently coached by Tom Jones.

In 2004 Novlene took home her first bronze medal after competing in the 4×400 metre relay at the Olympic Games. One year later she also took home her first silver medal in the 400 metre event at the World Championships.

Since 2005 Novlene has competed at the 2007 and 2009 World Championships. She also attended the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Altogether, Williams-Mills has obtained three silver medals and three bronze medals.
