Here is the Tennessee Titans fake punt video. Watch as punter A.J. Trapasso performs a remarkable fake punt play against the Buffalo Bills in the August 9, 2009, Sunday night Hall of Fame game which took place in Canton, Ohio.
Arguably it is one of the best in NFL history and people will be talking about it for a long time. Such plays make a Hall of Fame game worthy of the name. Tennessee Titans punter A.J. Trapasso (a rookie, formerly of Ohio State University) faked the handoff to Michael Griffin, then went around the back with the ball and took off running thus scoring on a 40-yard run which gave the Titans a 7-0 lead against the Bills.

The ultimate score that night: Tennessee Titans 21 Buffalo Bills 18, thanks to rookie A.J. Trapasso, who was just signed in April 2009 by the Titans as an undrafted free agent.
As the Tennessean reports, the team had been rehearsing the play in the days preceding the Sunday night Hall of Fame game in Canton.
“We put it in this week to have fun,” Coach Jeff Fisher said. “The guys know if we put it in they’d better execute because there’s a good chance it will be called.”
Such was the first preseason game of the year which also notably saw Terrell Owens’ Buffalo Bills debut. Readers, leave us your comments. Did you see the game on Sunday? What are your thoughts about that fantastic play?
