American middle distance runner Jordan Hasay will be running for the US in the upcoming Pan-Am Junior Championships. Recently speaking out about her decision Hasay said:
We have decided that I am going to be going to Pan-Ams. We looked at my summer schedule and found that it will fit in fine. It will be a good experience for me and always an honor to wear the U.S. uniform.”

As a biography Jordan Hasay is an American middle distance runner who was born on September 21, 1991 in Fontana, California. Hasay set several records before entering high school, the USATF Junior Olympics Youth record in the 1500 meter run and the 3000 meter run.
In Hasay’s freshman year at Mission College Preparatory High School she won the 2005 Foot Locker Cross Country Championships, the 3200 meter race at the 2006 California State High School Championship Track & Field Meet and the mile race at the 2006 Golden West Invitational high school track & field all-star meet.
In te following years Jordan won the 2005 Foot Locker Cross Country Championships race, the 2007 USATF Junior Cross Country Championship and the USATF Cross Country Championships Junior Women’s 6K.
She currently attends the University of Oregon and was recently feautured on the cover of Track and Field News magazine this past March.
