It is reported that some NFL officials recently met London city representatives to discuss about a possibility of holding the Super Bowl game in the city. Commissioner Roger Goodell had expressed his interest in bringing the game to London earlier.

“We’ve spoken on what it would take to host and for us to bring it over,” said events vice-president Frank Supovitz.

“The city has all the facilities needed, and in great quantity.”

It has also been confirmed that Visit London, London’s tourism initiative, has been pursuing the ambition for a long time.
