Melissa is currently involved in a controversy regarding some of her uncensored photos being leaked online by her ex-boyfriend. Berry is suing Mark C. Dawson, a professional lecturer, for the act as he tried to “extort, humiliate, and hurt her” by publicly showcasing the images.
Dawson, on the other hand, says that Berry gave her full consent for the photos.
“For her to say that these pictures were taken against her knowledge is untrue because she is smiling in them,” Dawson is quoted as saying. “She takes her clothes off for a living and tells people I am doing all this other stuff. What she’s doing now is creating a drama because there are pictures out there of her.”
The photos were mailed to specific people and were posted on Melissa’s MySpace page - http://www.myspace.com/berrilious2.
As a biography, Melissa Berry was born on July 23, 1984 in Downers Grove, Illinois so her age is 24. She has been modeling from a very early age and her measurements are 34-26-32.
Melissa was an adult stripper before turning to be Lingerie Football player with the Tampa Breeze team. She plays as a linebacker and has also taken part in Ms.Bikini Universe and Model Universe.

Get your facts straight, Melissa had not worked as a dancer for three years and she did not know this guy was taking pictures of her. Everyone is making it sound as if she was a stripper then she played football. She was actually a student at the International Academy of Design. You know, sometimes a girl just has to pay her bills and dancing is the only option because a girl can make enough to pay her bills in a short time. Not many really like the work, it’s just better than doing something illegal. Besides, why do so many think that if you are a stripper, you are a bad person or that it’s okay for someone else to post naked pictures of you online?

I guess you should be talking to her boyfriend not me cause he’s the one who’s giving these statements in the press.
So, whether Melissa did give her consent or not… is up to the jury to decide.
