23-year old Manchester United hottie Cristiano Ronaldo was named the best soccer player in the world today. In addition to the title of FIFPro World Footballer of the Year, Ronaldo is expected to take home the Balon d’Or and the Fifa World Player of the Year title. His 42 goals helped his team get to the Champion League and Premier League titles this past season.

Born Feb. 5, 1985 in Madeira, Portugal, the young star was signed to a roughly $19.5 million deal with Manchester United back in 2003 (WOW!!!). Since his arrival from Sporting Lisbon, the youngster has grown into one of the most influential players on the Manchester United team.
