Misty May Treanor, who has wowed the judges on Dancing With The Stars, is injured and may have no choice but to withdraw from the show. See more photos and video below.

The 31-year-old gold medal beach volleyball champ is rumored to be out of the Dancing With The Stars competition after injuring her Achilles tendon Friday. ABC has confirmed the injury but did not confirm May-Treanor’s withdrawal from the show. An announcement will be made during tonight’s show regarding her DWTS future.

Castmate Brooke Burke spoke with radio station 104.3 in L.A. and told the show that May-Treanor is out of the competition and may be undergoing surgery this week for her injury.

“Forget about the competition,” Burke said. “This is her jumping mechanism, so we’re all really concerned for her. She may be having surgery this week. We don’t know yet. But it’s such a bummer.”

Meanwhile, if we do say goodbye to Misty, you might be saying hello to Kim Kardashian. The reality TV star is rumored to be making a return to the dancing floor despite her being ousted last week. Ryan Seacrest spoke to the beauty about her possible return and Kim said, “If they ask me to, I’m available.”
