9 year old soccer sensation Rhain Davis, has been signed by Manchester United after his grandfather sent the team a DVD showcasing his grandson’s incredible soccer skills. You can see the video and photos below.
Rhain was born in England but for the past five years has been living in Australia. Most of the video clip is footage from his playing days with the Brisbane based club Redlands United, which is a U-10 team, but he has also trained at Moreton Bay Boys College.
Rhain will now join other boys his age for Manchester’s Under-10 squad and will be working his way up to the U-12’s. One might agree that he’ll be one of the boys they’ll keep after he turns 12 – those who are kept on gain a full time scholarship with the club.
Rhain was quoted as saying:
“It’s been brilliant so far. The best part has been meeting a lot of the players, like Wayne Rooney”, said Rhain.

Rhain and has father have already moved to Cheshire, which is close to Manchester United’s training camp in Carrington. Rhain’s mom and siblings will soon follow.
