As a biography, Rebecca Lobo was born on October 6, 1973 in Southwick, Massachusetts so her age is 34. She attended Southwick-Tolland Regional High School where she still holds the record for the number of points in high school career.
Rebecca won the College Player of the Year award in 1995 and led the Huskies to a 35-0 record in the National Championships. She joined WNBA in 1997 with New York Liberty and also played with Houston Comets and Connecticut Sun before retiring in 2003.
Lobo is married to Sports Illustrated writer Steve Rushin and has two daughters. She is now pregnant with her third child.
Rebecca also has a book called The Home Team to her name which she wrote in collaboration with her mother RuthAnn Lobo.
