Chris Spielman is Former NFL Linebacker

Chris Spielman, a former NFL linebacker, gave up playing football to aid in his wife Stefanie Spielman’s fight against breast cancer. She died today at the age of 42. Read more below.

Chris is the type of guy who always shied away from taking credit for his heroic actions to help prevent breast cancer. Rather, he always just let his actions speak for them self, and they do.

Ireland’s Dream of Germany 2010 is Gone

The French captain admitted his failure in the play that marked the passing of the French to the 2010 World Cup. The Barcelona striker said the incident "does not alter the fact that I’m happy because we have classified. The controversy was settled in Europe with the classification of France to South Africa 2010. Unfortunately after his game on Sunday against Tampa Bay, Miami’s running back Ronnie Brown suffered an injury that leaves him off the playing field for a year.

The Miami Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown will miss the remainder of the current season in the NFL, to be placed today on the injured reserve list, said a source from the League.

Cristiano Ronaldo is Back!!

He has spent more than a month on the bench after this  handsome Portuguese striker got injured, and on Tuesday he returned to training.

Brendan Shanahan Announces his Retirement From The NHL

Canadian but also American citizen and NHL winger Brendan Shanahan announces on Tuesday his retirement from hockey, he was recently playing with the New Jersey Devils.

“I would like to thank my family and all of the friends who have helped me achieve and maintain my childhood dream of playing in the National Hockey League,” Shanahan said. “I am enormously grateful to all of my coaches and teammates I’ve had the privilege of learning from and playing along side of, throughout my career. While I always dreamed of playing in the NHL, I can’t honestly say that I would have ever imagined that I’d be this fortunate and blessed. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who has helped me fulfill this dream.”

You got that right! Beautiful Elisabeth Shue is now at the age of 46 following her dream of playing tennis. Not just for fun but to really become a professional tennis player, and she said that she is considering tennis a second career.

On Monday November 16th, 31 year old Mexican soccer player Antonio De Nigris dies from a heart failure, Antonio “ El Tano” De Nigris left behind his wife Sonia  and  4 year old daughter Miranda.
